I enjoyed this mini-biography immensely. It is a wonderful example of what living your life in alignment with your guidance but written with the honesty of how we sometimes struggle with this. If you enjoy this one, she has written another book chronicling her ongoing adventures called "Thirsting for Joy: A Desert Journey".
This is a great book for people exploring the world of crystal healing. The book provides basic information on what crystals and then begins building foundational knowledge on using them to heal oneself or others. I have found Ashley to be extremely knowledgeable and supportive as an instructor and mentor to those working in the field of crystal healing.
For those who enjoy exploring past lives, whether by using past life regression therapy or accessing one's own Akashic Records, this book provides supportive practices to help to explore and resolve the issues found during these types of healing sessions.
I am in love with Gua Sha tools. I've used them for facial shaping and have recently started incorporating them into my accupressure practices. I love that I can choose so many different crystal/stone types using the natural attributes of the crystals to enhance my self-care. My current fave is Jade.
