Allowing for the uniqueness of each client, sessions may consist of single or multiple energy healing modalities as we work together to address concerns and healing goals. Some of the most common modalities used in my sessions include Usui Reiki, Archangelic Light, Crystals, Access Bars, and Light Language Activations.
